Player and Staff Search not working - Help!

Hi guys,

In my new save I go to enter the Player or Staff search and when I click on either, the game lags (or temporarily freezes), then enters the screen where you'd normally find the "Well-known players in your region" screen. However there are no players on the screen and the Shortlists and Filter drop down boxes are greyed out and unclickable.

Please help!!!!

Getting the same problem, anyone know any fixes?

Are you using an unusually large database?

Are you using a defualt skin or a different one? Same applies to graphics: logos, facepacks etc.
