player/coach help?

right i have a major probelm i foolishly sacked nearly every member of my staff as they were to be honest shocking. signed a few new 5*/6* ' s but only got like 3/4 coaches so my players stats are decreasing ;O
iv got 3 contract offers accepted for other staff members to come in, theres just the problem that i have a current player/coach as one of my coaches and i dnt know hwo to sack him because its not the same when theyre a player aswell. my board only allow 6 coaches
can anyone help thanks

u hae sort of nacked it up for yourself by getting rid of them all at once if you got rid of one and brought one in then waited for a bit and done the same it would be easier
