How can I show my player development

you tick "show attribute changes"
it can be found just above where the physical attributes are

Do you use the default skin? Maybe the skin you use does not have 'show recent attribute changes' option

when you click on a player to see their attributes, like your screenshot, above the physical attributes in the top right is where it should be

To be honest I don't see why this isn't turned on by default. There's no reason not to use it tbh.
