Player extremly interested in my club doesnt wanna to negotiate

So this is become very annoying for me....when i express my interest in a player he says that it would be a dream to play in my team bla bla and then when i get my offer accepted he doesnt wanna negotiate.....can you pls help me out with this....there are several players like this not just 1....ty
 
I have also experienced this! No idea why it happens but very very frustrating
 
Have your Director of Football make the transfer offer and negotiate. When he is in the process of negotiating, you can alter the offer.
 
Does his agent hate you? Sometimes if you hack them off they won't talk to you with any of their other players

can you pls explain step by step how to do that...cause i tried multiple times with all sorts of options and i always end up negotiating contract myself somehow....and he doesnt wanna do that

1. Get a director of footballl.
2. Right click on the player you want and click on add as transfer target.
3. Your DoF will make the transfer offer and most likely succeed.
4. Your feed will say, 'Your Team's' offer for 'X' player accepted. 'Team as offered contract.
5. Then right click on the player and click on change contract offer.

Alternatively,

1. Go staff responsibilities and assign your DoF transfer duties.

This is a last resort option and I wouldn't recommend it though.

it doesnt work with both options ..... :(
 
I had this problem when I tried to sign Balanta at Swansea in my first season. I signed a DoF and he eventually signed him.
 
Usually, a player doesn't want to negotiate when he was just transferred (for example he joined a team in august and you try to sign him in december), or when he consider your team has too low prestige, or when he hates you or your team. Here there is a problem because you can see his favorite personal and teams, but you can't see whom he hates.
