Hi guys, i signed Felipe Anderson brazilan lad bags of potential but he has difficulty blending in to my squad also there is a langauge barrier i bought him in july loaned him out for the rest of the season so when i go up **** be ready please me P.S i can recall from loan
Ill also take a screen shot if anyone is intrested in him
 
Ask him to recommend a player to sign/ Staff addition in the private chat
Send him out on loan to another club in your League/Country
 
Mate i tried to send him out to another club in my country but none offered but yeah ill give the signing thing a go :) P.S should i bring him back and let him play the rest of the season?
 
If he is the player i'm thinking of (around 18?) wonderkid, he won't play that often for you anyway (depending on who you are of course) so i wouldnt recall from loan

I had a problem with Gervinho (admittedly this was fm11 not fm12) and he was feeling homesick so i asked him to recommend someone- he did so then started cheering up...hope it helps
 
Yeah he plays for santos and yeah i tried that but he cant thingy of anyone and our relationship isn't the best
And im west ham(support them) and i brought him in so his ready for them prem
 
you should never loan a player out before he has adapted... he needs time to adjust depending on his adaptability (language barriers, team blending etc.) I normally keep a player for at least a season even if he's just in the reserves... after 6 months try and sign a player from the same country or with the same language, and preferably a player with high atts in influence, as this will give the player someone to look upto and "be influenced"!!!!!
 
guys please help my relationship just broke down with him because i recalled him
