Player History Bug

Basically, i'm in my 5th season with Boreham Wood and for every player loaded, their history has been changed after 2011-12 to '0-01 - Algeria' - Anyway, I'm just wondering if there is any fix for this as it's really starting to annoy me!

Usually, this bug is happen when you use editor or some other third party software like FMRTE

well, i bought the in-game editor to remove some of the silly names, but that's all i've used...
