Player is owned by agent?

In the Summer tranfer, i buy "Kuhl"(free)
I can't bring him in my tactic.It display that he is owned by a agent and he can't play.

You'll have to buy the agents share before you can play him! I had a player that was 75% agent owned, got him on a free but ended up paying the agent 6.75 million. Joke!
