This is my first list of players that I've found on Fm 2012. Some players are obvious but others could be players you've never heard of.

Uladzimir Yurchanka - Free! - Helped me win the LIGA Adelante, no work permit though.
Anthony Derouard - Lemans FC - Great future prospect, helped me win champions league with Lazio.
Christophe Grondin - AA Gent - Decent midfielder for championship teams.
Rafa Jordá - Levante - Gets released after a couple of months for free! Great for championship teams.
Steven Davies - Derby County - Banged in a lot of goals when I played with Derby, only 24 years old too.
Nauzet Alemán - Valladolid - Valladolid offered him for about 450k and he proved to be a great signing for my Derby team.
Carlos Fierro - Chivas - Everybody should know about him now, great future player.
Yaya Sanogo - AJ Auxerre - Again, everybody should know about him too, also a great future player.
John Guidetti - Man City - Perhaps a bit overpriced, still he is a decent player for any side.
Pontus Wernbloom - Cska Moscow - Great midfielder for a reasonable price.
Pär Hansson - Helsingborgs IF - Decent goalkeeper.
Ivo Pekalski - Malmö FF - Great future player for a cheap price. Great stats!
Albin Ekdal - Cagliari - Haven't played with him, but he looks a good player.. Price tag may be a bit high.
Jay Rodriguez - Burnley - Great young striker, highest scorer in my championship save.
Chris McCann - Burnley - 24 year old midfielder with some good stats.
Charlie Austin - Burnley - Beast in fm 11, haven't used him in fm 12 yet but he looks decent.
Joan Pablo Carrizo - Lazio - Amazing goalkeeper who have never let me down.
Jiloan Hamad - Malmö FF - Was a decent player in fm 11 but his stats seem to have gone up a bit this year.
Medhi Abeid - Newcastle United - Good young attacking midfielder, maybe a bit overpriced.
Haris Vuckic - Newcastle United - Excited to see him in real life, looks a decent player for almost any team.
Filip Pivkovski - FC Nordsjælland - Not one of the best young players, but good for lower league teams.
Danny Da Costa - Leverkusen - Got him in a Swedish league save, played great and sold him for £12m.
Jamie Ward - Derby County - Good championship player, scored a couple of great goals for me.
Thomas Necid - CSKA Moscow - Not really "cheap", but he is a great player non the less so I figured I'd give him a shout.
Christian Eriksen - Ajax - Again, not a "cheap" player, but he is worth the money! Barcelona signed him in one of my saves and he was a beast!
Tarmo Kink - Free! - Looks a decent player, have never signed him though.
Julio Cruz - Free! - 37 years old striker, quite slow but has some great target man stats!
Gylfi Sigurðsson - Hoffenheim - Not really a mistery nor a cheap player either but he is great!
Erick Torres - Chivas - Haven't bought him yet, but he looks a good player-
Adam Campbell - Newcastle United - Have heard quite a lot of him in real life, seems a decent future player in Fm 12.
Steven Taylor - Newcastle United - Quality defender, pure class. But not really cheap either.
I would recommend Miguel Medina too but in FM 12 the scouts tell me that he is a fairly inconsistent performer he was a beast in FM 11 though..
Hopefully you've found someone you've don't heard about before, I know some of these players are quite famous but I thought I'd give them a shout anyways, in case somebody have missed them
