Player not registered for EURO Cup? Is it too late?

I signed a player one day after i submitted my team sheet to the Euro Cup and now the player is ineligible and i was wondering if i can still register him?

I havn't played a Euro Cup game yet but previous rounds have been played. I'm entering at the 4th round...

Am i without this player for the rest of the tournament?
