i was searching for a player called [FONT=Titillium Web, sans-serif]Matias Romero rated highly for a right back but he does not come up says can not be found any ideas why that is , and also if he aint that good who is a great right back i play with full backs i am chelsea and have 135 mil [/FONT]

Go to advanced option and add a country and then select what kind of players do you want,youngers,home-grown,only from top clubs,top players...

You need to add the league in which the player currently plays in
