Hey all,I was thinking about creating 3 tactics all 4-3-3 based but with different position and roles ex. 4-3-3 DM/ 4-3-3 *3 CM/4-3-3 AMso i can pick the formation best suitable for the match/moment. I was just wondering if me changing between tactics would affect player performance, as i would be changing ofton they would never get too many games in the same role like my DM when he moves up to central midfield.. so does anyone know how much it would affect my players and my team if i got all 3 tactics fluid but still changed between them..thanks
