Player position

Is it possible to get a player to be natural in a position, or is accomplished the highest u can retrain to?

In previous versions; FM09 and FM10 i have retrained C Ronaldo to a natural striker, i haven't attempted it on FM11 though.

I got Ivanovic to natural in DR.

It is possible, retrained Moussa Sissoko as a right winger (no idea why), he was natural and deadly as well.

Phil Jones became a natural at rb for me. I believe it's entirely possible for any player (even ones marked as ineffective for a post)

I didn't think it was possible. But I thought saw Marvin Martin retrained as central midfielder to natural, then I started a new game and he was only accomplished. I wasn't sure if I checked right in the first placed. But I assume the AI will do this aswell if they feel they can use him in another position.
