player potential seems low

First of all i apologize for my english,
When I open the game with the editor, the potential of the players always seems low.
For example "pedri 159-176, Jurriën Timber 149-175, Rodrygo 152-175"

I tried many updates but it didn't work.
What is the reason?

First number is their CA, or current ability. Second is PA, or potential ability.
First one is how good are they right now, second is how good they could be.
PA can be fixed, like in case of Pedri and Timber, or be randomized like Noni Mandueke or Benjamin Sesko. Also, PA over 170 is not low at all. They all can become world class players. Players with 180PA and over are really rare and there are only handful.

I'm confused as PA appears higher in player lists on forums. You say it's normal. Thank you my friend
