go on the editor and filter it and put minimum potential as -10 and maximum as -10 to see all the wondrkids.

what editor? i found some list of players on the net where it show potential in numbers like 190 and current potential 170. I like to know if i can see this numbers in game
 
you can cheat if you want to but don't encourage othersw to cheat

You cannot see exactly what a players potetial is unless you cheat however if you have a good scout its likely he wil be accurate in juding a player potential. So my advice would be to sign a coach with at least 18 for juding pot then send him to look at the player
