It's usually when your team is losing at HT and goes onto win.

Yep as both above posts said, Usually happens if your down 2-0 and being hammered then your "inspiring team talk & changes" win the match 2-3/4

I found these shock comebacks also happen a lot more often where the overall personality of your squad is determined.

Also check your teams motivations and feedback after a game so you can figure out what sort of players you have and what they respond too.
