Player promises

I am trying to take my beloved Rangers back to the top of Scottish football and i want Lewis Macleod to be a part of that. After making all my signings bar 1 he wants a move to Aberdeen. I tell him that his ambitions can be met at rangers and the squad will get better. Happy with that I now have a limited time to make him happy. I make my last signing which adds a bit of blue to the bar.

Question is, do i have to fill the bar for him to be satisfied?
