what is the average ratings people get for there players each game!? i never usually get any players with over 6.8 ratings, no matter what team, player, save, tactics, pi/ti, or formation... if im lucky and my player scores a hat-trick, he'll get a rating around 7.5, wich i think most players should get that rating each game... any help is thanked!

The only player that tends to struggle to get a rating over a 7 for me is my goalkeeper, I have read that this is normal though. Like what has already been stated, check what roles you have assigned to your players and change them where necessary. Also sounds like your tactics need to be tweaked around this so you can get the best out of them.
