Player Search ATTRIBUTES

Im wanting to take a team from league 2 to Prem! I want to make this team play a short passing style of football in a barcelona/swansea mold!! What attributes should I be looking for when searching for players which would fit my teams style of play????

obviously passing and creativity in your midfielders. technique aswell important aswell.

Passing, Anticipation, Decisions, Creativity, Positioning and Off the Ball as well as Stamina as they will be constantly moving around...good luck finding that for league 2 mate!
