if you know the team the player plays for or what ever league they are in, what i do is search for players with the same nationality as the league the country is in, scroll through the results, then click on a player with in that league, then from that players profile, you can go to the league table of the club he plays for, in turn you can then get to the team the player you want plays for.
if you don't haave certain leagues or databases selected, soe players will not show up through a search, you have to do it the way i suggested above, alternatively, download a wonderkids/bargain/free player shortlist, depending on what kind o player you want etc.
