Player stats...

I might have missed something but I couldn't find anything on here.
Why do players stats say for example, 8-13?

Uncertainty on scout's behalf. Needs further scouting.

you can turn this off but only before you start your save. the more scouting you do on the player the more you'll un-mask the players stats, adds some realism to the game. think its a new feature
