I'm currently managing Hajduk Split and I have a problem with Biraghi whom I signed from Inter on a free. The problem is, he has a stuck contract at Inter as well as a contract at my club. (See picture below)

Now this would not be too big of a problem, if it weren't for Inter using him as a substitute / an U21 player, which leads to him being ineligible for quite a few on my matches, incredibly annoying since he's one of the best players in the Croatian division and my best left back by quite a distance. He's also on relatively high wages.
I have already tried terminating his contract using the IG Editor but it did not work. Moving him to another club using the same tool had no effect either, nor did changing the contract duration, it would only edit the Hajduk contract and leave the Inter one in place.
Does anyone know how to fix this, or at least make sure I can use him whenever I want?
