Player swapping?

so guys,I just want to know if swapping is also swapping player roles and duties or just players?
if you dont understand then:
if i have DZEKO (target man) and AGUERO (poacher)
and i set them to swap with each other will aguero become a target man and dzeko poacher?
or aguero and dzeko will still stay the same only on the other side?
