Player to staff loyalty

Just ondering if there is any other people out the who like to keep their players on as staff after they retire. I'm currently Southampton and am going to get Lambert to stay on. Also anyway to persuade others to become staff if they aren't keen?

I am thinking about keeping Tom Taiwo on as a staff member. He is 30 now but has been with me since he was around 24 and helped me greatly move up through the leagues. He was also my captain for years.
He wants to be a staff member but also wants some regular football at the moment (which he won't get here). Maybe I will loan him out then make him a staff member.
