Player Training - Working more on his shooting ?

I do not understand which training this player is referring to ?!
There is no specific "Shooting" training - Finishing or Long shot are incorrect as the player insist on complaining.

Any idea?

Has someone figured this out, cause I'm getting same complain and don't know what I can do to fulfill them.

I think you have to remove his specific positional training to accommodate a "shooting" attribute increase, so just set additional focus to "composure" and set positional training to "playing position".
