Player transfers happening without my permission or any info.

Hello guys.

Despite the fact that I have all authority on managing my team, some factor I don't know making player transfers on background, without me getting informed and I can't find a solution to stop this. Who is doing these transfers? Is it the club chairman? Only because of that, I had to delete my game since it's kinda in a broken state for me now. Need help?
 
who are you playing as? Are they on full time contracts?
 
What team are you? Is it buying or selling players?
 
Ah ok, go and check staff responsibilities and then check transfers and contracts and it should then be the first three there that you need to take control of
