player unavailable? no reason

So i got yaya sonogo and he just says unavailable no reason given?, how do i find a reason and how do i make him unavailable?

When you're on his profile, change the view to 'Attributes' at it will tell you on that page.

thanks, i figured out what it is, when you have it on windowed mode you dont get the 'bans and injuries' so, theres something SI need to fix
