I have an unsettled player and we basically hate each other, I have fined him 11 times with 2 weeks wages, is there anything more I can do? He honestly seems like he doesn't give a **** no matter what I do.

sell him before he starts infecting the rest of the squad. If needed, and the transfer window is too far away, pay out his contract and get rid of him

Put him in your lowest age team, IE: U/18s, that removes him from senior training. Transfer list him, offer to clubs And sell asap.
