Players attributes

im just having some problems with the editor. i create a player with 17 18 19 on the inportant attributes. but when start the game all the best attributes goes down.
Iv tried to change the ca or pa but it dosnt help.

You need to give the player time to Reach his Limits

How old is the player? Players in their positions have certain ages where they will peak, so if you put say 17 Creativity for a 16-year-old centre midfielder he'll probably start on about 13.
