players birthplaces not shown

Hello everyone,
i have a quick question. I want to play an mls season with d.c. united. they have an affiliate team called the richmond kickers. in the editor it shows all the birthplaces of the players of the richmond kickers. but when i'm in the game it doesn't show them anymore... is there a way how i can fix this?
it would be great if you could help me!

Sounds very odd. It may be a longshot, but it might show up if you scout the players?

Other than that, I cant really think of any reason for them not to show up
