My biggest problem in FM2011 comes down to players being incredibly laid-back.
Even tho I go to all press conferences, I have very good results (On my first 20 games I had two streaks of 8 wins), I talk to players privately, built a good staff team.. My players seem to get complacent whenever I'm on a good streak. And not only that, many of them say they struggle to motivate themselves to play for me, so they think I'm a noob or something, and do not respect me.
This is incredibly annoying because I have no idea how to approach this problem, it seems like the only way would be for me to continue like this and get experience.

Anyone facing the same problem?

1. Don't always say in press conferences that your team are certain to win.
2. In team talks tell then not to get complacent.
3. Tell the individual players that they will be put in reserves/sold if they don't step up their game.

I have the same problem,
I can't motivate my players to play for me, they want to leave the club bla bla bla..**** .The results are embrassing 0:0 0:2 , 0;3 ,and this is happening with Levski (Sofia) .I made them champions with 9 point up ahead, now I ama 9th with 10 point in 10 games ..I am going to lose out !HELP
