Players development

Hello, someone can help me about my youngsters development? i started as man utd and this is season 2015/2016(or my 5th season):P. I have such a good prospect but i can't play them on the first team because my first team is still really good, and every time
iwant to sell my first team players(like rooney, vidic, nani, young, etc) i just can't get the right price for them...:'( so, i decided to play my youngster every cup game, and not important game... but i think they
development will not increase rapidly, but my players is old and i need new generation, and more importantly if i not play my star players they will become unhappy...|) so, has anyone have a solution? please reply this post, because i have a really good prospect but i dont know how to play them

tutor ur young players with those older ones cuz they are awesome tutors and they will blossom even faster
tutoring is very essential cuz if u get it right ur players will get ppms and probably improve most attributes by 1 ,
i have 2 starting elevens and i switch them every game or 2 depending on the games ahead maybe u can do something similar (nobody complains ever)
also tutoring and letting them play in the u20 will also help them improve, well atleast it works for me

thanks for the help... now my youngster have my tutoring and their attributes is increase, although it's not increase is still a bit, but i have faith that they will grow more... thanks...
