Player's "Favoured" Position??

Hi all,

I've signed Ross Barkley to Spurs and he's constantly complaining that I'm not playing him in his "favoured" position. I've alternated for runs of games between CM and AM with the Advanced Playmaker (attacking) role in both, which is his best role. But he's still complaining that he's being played out of position.

I've been rooting around to try to find anything where a player's "favoured" position is defined, but I can't find anything anywhere. Anyone had a similar problem or know where to find this?

Check the Promises tab, maybe you made a pre-contract agreement to play him in a certain role and position, even if his attributes have changed slightly since and that's no longer his recommended role
