Just got promoted to Championship after first season with Crewe and i`m looking for some good and cheap players.. Any ideas?

I also got promoted to the championship 14th position with crewe atm. Take as a scout Pauleta (portugese Legend) en let him scout in Italu, great transfer fee players, also look n the norwegian league!
