Players for newport 2nd season div 2

hi im looking to get some quality youngsters and good players for my division 2 campain
anybody found quality on thier 2nd season please help

try getting maceo rigters on a free? well he was a free transfer on my second season and i managed to get him in the conference so you should get him.. scouts said he'd be a good player in league 1 though.. he'd be a safe bet
