Goin to start a new game but starting it July 2017

Jus wondered if anyone has any good players for around that time?

Im going I to be man ut, not sure on budgets etc at the moment
 
It will depend on which player has gone to which club n how has he developed. If you are going to play united, then u already have jones, rafael, fabio, pogba and many others who develop into top quality players by that time. Even Rooney will be good for a couple of season. There will be lots of quality regens. Look for them.

I'm currently in 2018-2019 season and most established players have retired by now so get genie scout 12 to find the real gems, however here are some of the best non-regen players in the world:

Aaron Ramsey - 30m best midfielder on the game
Lorenzo criestig - 20m absolute monster if he gets games, second best dm in the world.
josh mceachran - 37.5m Intelligent midfield boss, usually he's rotting in chelsea's reserves so you can get him
cheap.
sergio araujo - 29m Just class!
Carlos fierro - 19m stats are deceiving he is by far the most consistent goal scorer on the game.
Alex chamberlaind - 30m Alex has a PA of 180, if he's getting played he easily is one of the best wingers.
Michael lawal - 72m not sure if he's a regen he appeared in the south african leagues in 2012 in my game
BEAST!!!!
douglas costa - 27m best winger on the game probably.
felipe anderson - 22m creative playmaker
antoine griezman -39m Just class winger
lucas moura - amazing winger
kyle walker
stefan bell
kyrakious papadopolous
gael kakuta
thomas muller
david de gea
andre schurlle
iker munian
phil jones



these are the best players in the world in 2018-2019 based on CA and positional ability.

obv players like Hazard, messi, Gotze, hamsik etc don't really need mentioning .

however i did manage pick messi up on a free from barca when he was 30 and the guy is still scoring 30 goals a year now he's 33! hope this helps
 
In defence i would try Varane who should be a decent defender. Neskcovic is a promising talent. Romario is a good wing back left & right. If you are looking for the next Ronaldo, a quality winger is Joao Martins, i bought him when he was 16 and he is now 19 (20 in your season start) he plays for Benfica. Barcelona constantly bid for him and last bid was 38 million. Ganso is top quality for midfield. Another winger is Florian Muller. Depending on game time given, he ends up better than Schurrle. Miang is a quality striker, or try Kaustrop and erik torres, these players hit the ground running
