Was just wandering if you know any players that develop into *great* coaches. I know Ryan Giggs, Paul Scholes and Wes Brown do and I was looking to add a few other ex-players to my backroom staff :)

He's retired :(
I'm in 2014 if that makes a difference

Gary Neville, Andy Cole, Rio Ferdinand if he has retired, Jamie Redknapp

Ferdinand will only consider management, I have Neville but I'll check out the other two thanks :)

Fabio Aurelio and Robbie Keane turn out to be quality.

Also, at 33, David Bentley's stats are pretty low but with a 15 for fitness and pretty good stats for motivation and determination, I reckon he'd turn out to be a pretty good fitness coach.

Do coaches' stats increase a lot over time or only slightly?

On my game Miroslav Klose became Aston Villa manager for some weird reason.

Yeah Fabio Aurelio was my coach at liverpool for like a month then he managed newcastle and came second in the league in his second season

ive got this person am in 2016
Lewis thompson as me first team coach
