players losing confidence

if a player loses confidence in your abillity, do they ever get it back or is that it? and what can i do about it? lost a couple of games and thats it. should i sell and getg new players in, or could they regain the confidence in me?

they can regain confidence in you given time. Sometimes after a few wins, sometimes longer.
