Players not motivated to play for me

So i keep getting this message from my assistant during match feedback:

Player x is struggling to find motivation to play because of personal issues with you.. There are no issues.. The player was unhappy a while back but isnt and hasnt been for a while now... help??


Also another question.. i put regulars in the reserve team by mistake, and they got ****** off... nomatter what i say or do they stay unhappy now... how do i make them happy again? Tried everything... :S

For minor issues like this, ignore them. Win a few games, and in a few weeks they will either apologise, or say they are now happy again.

Itz been half a season now... :O And they arent performing anymore... Is there really no way out of this except selling them??

Praise them often and give them better contracts. If they still don't show, you should sell them.

I reject that opinion WonderManager - They are struggling cuz of your low manager rep. Start your games as an experienced international player and you wont have tha issue. The issue happens when a low rep.manager, manages big clubs like madrid, liverpool and so on....

If you do fairly well they will start to respect you as a manager, and you won't have the "not motivated" issue anymore
