Players not pushing on..

I'm playing with Schalke 04 and am having a decent season.. I'm winning most of my games.

There is someting troubling me tough..

Every time i take the lead in a game my players dont seem to push on anymore.
It looks like they are happy with the result and ofc sometimes that leads to late equalizers.

Anyone know how to counter this?

In the media build up, play up the opposition's chances of winning.
Also after taking the lead, switch to counter + drop deeper.

Team talk at half time if its a draw or you are 1-0 and its a game you are expected to win comfortably complain, tell them its not good enough, get aggressive ask where their passion is, should be able to push on and win although if your 1-0 up against barce in the champions league final and barce where heavy favourites i don't recommend you do it
