Jelle Vossen who i signed recently has got the hump with me and has "fairly poor opinion of you"

How do i get him back on side apart from the obvious praising, which doesnt always work!!

Depends on the player, some respond better to praise, some better to criticism. Just have to work out what makes him happy, and the threshold after which you can praise him (some players have very high standards). Maybe ask him for staff/player recommendations.

I have the same problem some times, best thing to do is just keep playing him. Eventually this opinion can change.
