Hi,

I was Just Wondering When I Scout A Player And The Scouts Knowledge For That Player Is At 100%...

Why Is The Players Potential Ability At 3 Stars And The Rest Of The 5 Stars Black...

The scout can says hes defo a 3, but maybe a 5 based on factors outside his view like future playing time/coaching.

I THINK, that's what his potential COULD reach. So at the moment his potential is 3 stars, but with the right training and playing time, he could hit 5 star potential. But like I said, that's what I think. Don't know if that's exactly true.

It just means that your scout isn't sure yet - you need to scout him more to find out his real potential.
