Players shooting from the bye-line

How is this still happening every single game? This has been in FM since forever and SI still dont fix it or at least tone it down. There could literally be 5 teammates in the box waiting for a pass but every time the player, regardless of attributes, will always go for the shot. Always.

Maybe this player has "Shots From Distance" PPM? Have you checked it?

It has nothing to do with that everyone does it. Players shoot from the most stupid angles when there are people queuing up in the box for an easy tap in.

What means "every time" and "always" ? No passes and 100 % shots ? 10 % passes and 90 % shots ? 50 % passes and 50 % shots ? All players ? Many players ? Only a few players ?

My current save, last 5 matches. 72 shots, 14 of them (= 20 %) could be better replaced by a cross or a pass. 8 of 14 attempts were made by only one player.

Happens to me too and I hate it, but it doesn't happen always, just sometimes.
