players star rating going down in season 2

my players star rating is going down in the 2nd season. Even though i upgrade my training facility.
Anyone have same issue? help!!

is your team better? star rating are only a guide of how good that player is compared to the rest of your team.. Think of star ratings as "importance to your team" rather than how good a player is.
