is there anyway of getting a player to be interested in coming to the club you manage?

desperate to sign a player but he is not interested

try and form a good relationship with him through the press. is the only thing i can think of

Winning trophies and raising your club stature, building good training facilities, having a good stadium, having a good reputation as a coach/manager, and also the league you play in.
