I just got Torquay promoted from League 2 so i'm looking to start building a stronger squad rather than keep getting loan signings.
Torquay obviously have a limited Transfer / Wage budget so does anyone have any suggestions on decent free transfers that become available or even cheap youngsters would be good.
If they do cost no more than about £100k and about max. £3k in wage.
