Players Unhappy with Training Workload

I've had this issue for a few FM's now and I've never really bothered to sort it out until now.

I get these messages when I have my back room advice meetings but and the in the training section for individual players, I put the workload down from let's say Average to Light but they still come back unhappy at the next back room advice meeting.

Could you please let me know how to sort this out? I'll add a few screenshots to show you what I mean if I haven't explained it right.

You will have to look, some players sometimes actually want more because their workload is too light. Haven't seen this in previous years but that's what it seems to be fore me. Also make sure your general training isn't too high either..

General training is probably the reason... Making them do 95% tactics training and intense so they can get perfect at my tactics really quickly.
