Does football manager have the correct real life wages for all leagues?

They do have pretty accurate wages - the real wages are roughly the same. Not entirely sure if they're exactly the same. But I know for a fact that all the key players in the EPL have pretty much exact wages. (100% certain for CFC)

The lower down the league system get, the lesser rankad league(nation), the less accurate they get.
