Players without work permits cant be loaned out

I had another thread which was closed about work permits, the last post was a link to the thread '' the how to get my player a work permit thread ", which is very nice however does not work, I cannot loan these players out to feeder clubs as I have already mentioned in the other thread

You probably can't loan them out because your not in the transfer window?

You haven't got an affiliated club in Belgium or Spain to send them to?

January, feeder team is in Poland, which it recommends in the other thread

Send them on loan to feeders team then?

Unless they're young, it's not even worth doing anyway. Probably better off selling them rather than waiting 3/4 years.
