Ok, in past FM's you've always been able to sign young talent with a lot of potential, but in this one it doesnt seem possible for teams not in the premiership. I cant get any player with a potential over 140 to sign with a championship team.
Is there anything I might be doing wrong or is this just a retarded attempt to make the game harder.
