Playing as a real person

Forgive me if this sounds stupid but I'm wanting to create a new save as a former player as manager. (E.G Eric Cantona :$)

So how do you play as a real person in game because surely if you create a new manager's profile as a real person (Let's say Eric Cantona) there will be two Eric Cantona's in game.

The only thing I can think of doing is to delete the player using the editor, but surly there is another way? oO)

I hope you understand what I'm asking... XD

The only way is to make them as a new manager, delete the original in the editor and then edit your players stats such as international caps on FMRTE

I noticed that too, always wondered if there was a way to somehow take over as them..
